I am a failure at everything I do; I feel worthless or I am a loser” – These are your feelings? .Before I go into the topic just want to ask one question to you. How do you determine what failure is? What is the standard you consider something as a failure in life? Is it like trying something and not working for the first time? Do you rely only on your luck on success and failure? Then I can’t help you. If you want to know the exact reason why you feel “I am a failure in life” then please keep aside those thinking first.

Whenever I open news channel I found so many bad news, failures at everything, mishaps, suffering which actually present as breaking news. I think it is because our society likes to see failure than people doing great things. As a result there we keep our standards low and shallow, forbid we actually think we can create change in our life because of it our own or that of someone else. Hope it is clear to you that failure is your viewpoint.
Now let us see what may be the reason for your failure at everything you do:
1. Do you argue and not interested to take a feedback?
I personally feel disappointed whenever anyone gives a feedback on my failure or way of work. After some time I found some of their words are really useful. Actually, when I start arguing with the people want to help me its clear indication of giving up. This cloud be one reason for your next failure. So next time whenever you receive a feedback accept it and think about it rather only think I am a failure.

2. Do you blame on other people and try to give an excuse when fail?
This is very practical and common issue I can realize. Whenever my boss fired me for not get the assignment, I start to give a lot of excuse and blame on the system and other staff. Being a failure, do you follow the same thing. But think positively I am actually failed here to meet my goal. When I analysis deeply on what excuse and blame we give to my boss, we can get the answer of my failure what I missed out to take action from my end for preventing the failure. If I forget my responsibility towards my failure then I can’t succeed.

3. Fear to swim against the current and take the challenge:
Do you ready to take a calculative risk when need to go against everything to meet your target? This is exactly where we fail to take the opportunity and forget how to deal with failure. Everyone likes to swim with the current, but very few have the courage to swim against the current. The magic is that most of them are succeeded to get what they want. I am not saying you to go every time against the current but sometimes it really needs to take the challenge and leave the feeling of failure. Pursue that risk that aligns with your inner strengths and talents.

4. Do you demotivate after a big set back?
I failed at life now what? Sometimes when I failed a bad feeling cone in mind-“ I hate god “ or “God hates me”. It is quite natural to keep motivated after a big setback. But thinking negatively about yourself after failure will make you more prone to failures. Whenever a failure occurred you probably ask your self ” I have failed in life” but know what to do now, but the problem is you not try hard to take the action as you lost self-motivation. 5. Do you wish to get too much too quickly and when to fail instantly come to the mind -I am a failure:
Before I have start blogging I was in a big dilemma that I can make huge money online. Believe me, the friend I was wrong, even after so many days I have not get a single penny from this blog. So where was my fault, I actually think it easy and want to get a lot of money so quickly. Dream big is good but the problem is aiming high without considering the dedication, effort and work it takes each day to come at any point to your target. So it is better to set a small milestone and keep motivating by achieving those to get higher goal rather thinking why God hates me only!

6. Do you get too much distracted?
Getting too much distraction could keep you away from the original focus and productivity. Analysis why you failed and what better you can do without distraction from your goal. In this situation, if you keep in touch with negative people and negative thought then things become more critical. Sometime you may think –I hate my life! You may notice that when you get distracted from your goal you are doing a lot of unnecessary activity like checking emails in regular intervene or check your Facebook page or start discussing on your co-worker. If you continuously switch from Facebook to Twitter to Instagram to email, you’ll lose sight of what is really important. This all reduces your productivity and create some more failures.

7. Do you lose your self-belief easily- just thinking I am a complete failure?
Sometime you must ask yourself –“am I depressed?”If you believe that “it is not possible “ then you could not achieve it. One major difference between successful and unsuccessful people is they believe in themselves what boost their inner power to reach the target. If you don’t know your ability to find the solution then you must fail here. You can learn here to boost your self-confidence and make a practice. Your family, friends always want you to do well and continue to stand behind you if you fail in the first attempt. But remember they also celebrate your success too and you know very well that failure is essential to learning. Successful people make the difference as they have the ability to avoid procrastination. It helps them to keep a constant level of productivity. If you aren’t able to get started the things you wish to do or as soon as you confronted a problem or difficulties then you are suffering from it.

9. Do you have a concrete planning?
If you don’t know what you actually want and the plan to get the same then failure is obvious. The plan may be not so perfect but if you don’t have the plan then it is a critical issue. Without it, you can’t go near to your target. To prevent failure at everything you need to update your plan time to time, fail to do so will take you towards failure.

10. Is it a big matter with you what other people think?
Do you really make all your decision on your own? Generally, we choose things based on a pre convinced idea of what’s acceptable by others or how they react or say about us. Isn’t it? What other people think is a big concern on the feeling of failure. It can create an inability to do anything at all because we can think about is the reaction of everybody else. We choose things with everyone else in mind except ourselves.
